GENERAL

Retailers are accepted at the discretion of Little Pearly Shell Wholesale

When you place an order with Little Pearly Shell Wholesale you automatically agree to adhere to our terms and conditions.

Little Pearly Shell Wholesale reserves the right to refuse or cancel an account for any reason.

Little Pearly Shell Wholesale will only refund or exchange if an item is faulty.

Purchases can be made online, in person, via email or phone. Brisbane residents are more than welcome to make an appointment and visit our office to view the collection personally or alternatively we are happy to bring our collection to your premises.

 

 PRIVACY 

We are committed to keeping your personal information secure. The information you supply to Little Pearly Shell Wholesale will always be kept confidential.

We will not release any information regarding our customers to any third party.

 

PRODUCT 

LittlePearly Shell Wholesale offers a unique range of rhodium plated 925 Sterling Silver Jewellery with Cubic Zirconia's, Black Onyx , Pearl and Mother of Pearl.

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS 

 1. Visa, Mastercard

For online purchases credit card payments are processed using Paypal - secure gateway

For phone/fax/email purchases, credit card payments are processed using our eftpos facilities.

3. Cheques are also accepted however cheques will need to clear before orders are despatched.

 

 ORDERS

Little Pearly Shell  has an intial minimum order of $300 unless otherwise agreed by management.

No minimum amount for re-orders.

Product orders cannot be amended or cancelled after despatch.

Full payment is required prior to despatch of order.

Little Pearly Shell Wholesale will ensure every effort is made to despatch your order with 24 hours of receipt.

Little Pearly Shell Wholesale does not refund or exchange unless an item is faulty so please choose carefully.

 

SHIPPING 

Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $10.00 Australia Wide.

Customers may choose between either Australia Post Express Post , or Australia Post Registerd Post.

WARRANTY

  Little Pearly Shell Wholesale offers a limited warranty on all items.

­ Faulty goods will be repaired, replaced or credited at our discretion.

­ Notification of claims must be received within 7 days from date of receipt of goods.

In the unlikely event of receiving faulty goods, notification must be made to Little Pearly Shell either via email or by phone .

A receipt of purchase must accompany any faulty goods returned by a third party customer.
