  • Do I need a credit card to make a purchase?

    No, you do not need a credit card.

    We also accept direct bank transfers. You can transfer funds either online or at any branch of the Commonwealth Bank. Details of our account will be shown when you proceed thru check-out.

    We also accept cheques/money orders (which can be purchased at any Australia Post Outlet).

  • Can I still pay by credit card if I don't have a Paypal Account?

    You do not need a Paypal account to pay via credit card through Paypal. Just click the button that says no I don't have a Paypal account and you will be redirected through to the payment page.

  • What is Paypal and why do we use it?

    Paypal is a Global Trading & Financial service used to process your credit card payment in a secure environment. Paypal is one of the safest ways to send money online. Your payments are sent without sharing financial information. Financial information is automatically sent with a high level of data encryption. Paypal uses the world's most advanced proprietary fraud prevention systems.

    We do not store or handle any credit card details in our system.

  • By using Paypal is there any extra charges?

    No, you do not incur any fees for using Paypal we absorb all fees.

  • Are you able to gift wrap and send it if I am buying the jewellery as a gift?

    Yes, you may have your jewellry gift wrapped. Your order will arrive in an attractive giftbox with satin ribbon and beautifully designed gift tag.

    Just add your message in the comment box at checkout.

  • Do you take your collection to parties?

    Due to an overwhelming response to our stunning collection we have decided to do parties.  So if you would like to host a party please contact us through the contact us page.  The host will receive a $100 gift voucher.

  • Ring Sizing?

    If you don't know your ring size please click on the ring size tab to assist you.

    If for some reason you choose the wrong size you can always return for a refund or exchange.

  • Shipping and Delivery?

    Postage within Australia is $6.95 * For security and peace of mind we use Australia Post registered Post - a signature is required on delivery.

    * We strive to process orders as quickly as possible once payment has been cleared. Within 48 hrs.

    * We accept no responsibilty for parcels lost or damaged within the postal system. We do however track and trace parcels for you and follow up where necessary.

    INTERNATIONAL * International shipping via Australia Post is $15.00 worldwide. A signature is required on delivery for your security.

  • Refund/Exchanges?

    * As a valued customer we want you to be completely happy with your purchases, so please take time to familiarise yourself with the return and refund conditions. * All purchased products, (excluding earrings due to health regulations )can be returned /exchanged provided that you notify us by email of your intention to return/exchange a product within 14 days of delivery. We require the product be returned to us within 14 days of the date of notification. Little Pearly Shell will exchange a product provided it is in perfect condition, in its original packaging with all tags attached. We will not accept returns for any non-faulty products that have been worn or used and where the tags have been removed. HOW TO MAKE A RETURN/EXCHANGE 1. Please firstly contact us by email at info@littlepearlyshell.com Please state in your email that you wish to refund/exchange your product, the date it was purchased and the reason why. 2. Include a copy of your email and details along with the product in its original condition and packaging, with all tags attached within 14 days of notification. Please wrap the product carefully as to avoid damage during transit. Please include a pre-paid bag for the exchange item. Be sure to include your name, address and daytime contact number. Returned products are your responsibility until they reach us, including delivery charges and insurance. We shall not be responsible for misdirected shipments or products lost or damaged in transit. DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS In the unlikely event that you have received a damaged or faulty product, please contact us via email at info@littlepearlyshell.com As with returns ,notification needs to be within 14 days of receiving goods and items needs to be returned within 14 days of notifcation. After we have received your returned faulty item we will either refund or replace it depending on your request and re-send it free of charge.

  • What does it mean when it says it is Rhodium plated?

    Rhodium, is a precious metal. Rhodium electroplating is used to provide a surface that will resist scartches and tarnish and give a white reflective appearance.

    Wear does occur so avoid wearing jewellery cleaning, gardening and other activities that can destroy the rhodium plating. You will find Rhodium plating will last longer on pendants and earrings as they are not exposed to as much friction as rings.

    If wear does occur most jewellery stores can re plate for you at a minimal cost.

  • What is a Cubic Zirconia?

    Cubic Zirconia or CZ is a simulated diamond. Cubic Zirconia jewellery offers high end looks at affordable prices. A Cubic Zirconia is the closest material matching the characteristics of a natural diamond. To the untrained eye it is difficult to tell the two apart.Like a diamond, CZ's can be cut to a variety of shapes and sizes.

  • How do I care for my jewellery?

    Your jewellery, like any jewellery needs to treated with care.

    If properly cared for your jewellery will maintain its sparkle for years

    Some tips -

    * never immerse your silver jewellery in chlorine or salt water.

    * the most effective way to clean your silver jewellery is to use warm, soapy water. Rinse with water and dry with a clean dry cloth. Remember not to dry silver off with paper towel or tissues, always use a soft cloth.

    * the most effective way is to use a special cloth made for cleaning silver, these can be purchased at your local supermarket.

    * remember to remove your rings when doing heavy work such as gardening or moving.

  • Privacy Policy.

    We are committed to keeping your personal information secure. The information you supply to Little Pearly Shell will always be kept confidential. We will not release any information regarding our customers to any third party.  We use e-mail addresses to communicate with you regarding your orders and other matters regarding transactions between us.

  • Do you offer a quality warranty?

    Little Pearly Shell offers a 6 month warranty on all our jewellery against any manufacturing

    faults.

    If we are unable to replace an item purchased we will give you a credit for the value of your purchase.
